Christmas 2023 l Tropical Log Cake

A homage to Christmas in the tropics, this log cake comprises a luxuriant coconut lime mousse paired with Alphonso mango & passionfruit jelly, light sponge and a crunchy coconut wafer base. 

Contains gluten, eggs, dairy, fish gelatine and nuts.

Note: This cake needs to be refrigerated. The mousse is speckled with vanilla bean.
